I recently had the pleasure of photographing the Brain Foundation 2026 Grant Awards, an inspiring evening that brought together some of Australia’s brightest scientists, researchers and medical practitioners. The event was held in the Domain room of the Art Gallery of NSW.
The event was a wonderful celebration of innovation and dedication, recognising individuals whose work is advancing our understanding of neurological disorders and improving patient outcomes. Throughout the evening, grants and awards were presented to support a range of important research projects, helping recipients continue their valuable contributions to medical science.
It was an honour to document such a significant occasion and capture the excitement, pride and optimism that filled the room. From award presentations to networking among colleagues and supporters, the evening highlighted the collaborative spirit that drives scientific discovery and medical progress.
