Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

I recently photographed for Red Lane Productions at Lobster Studios in Marrickville to capture images of the two leads, Blake Erickson and Rowan Witt, staring in the forth coming production of “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels”. The season starts on 22 May at the Hayes Theatre and looks like its going to be a hoot. Book a ticket

Blake and Rowan had everyone cracking up during the shoot. It was a lot of fun so I am not going to miss seeing this on stage.

Update…..

Rowan Witt, Kristina McNarama and Blake Erickson in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels has just finished its Hayes Theatre season to sell-out houses and rave reviews. The team is now about to start a new season at the Riverside Theatre in Parramatta from 25 – 28 June, 2026. So if you missed this musical theatre gem at the Hayes you can catch it at Parramatta

I’m happy that I will get the opportunity to experience the show again as I am returning to shoot the dress rehearsal at the Riverside Theatre. It is not quite the same as sitting in the audience and being totally entertained by the world these actors create (I have to keep my mind and concentration on the job at hand), but it will be fun.

Behind the scenes at the Affordable Art Fair – Carriageworks, Sydney

I was commissioned to photograph at Carriageworks in Eveleigh ahead of the annual Affordable Art Fair, Sydney. My brief was to focus on one of the participating galleries while staff brought artworks into the space to install in preparation for the weekend’s opening.

The image was made to accompany an article published in the Australian Financial Review (AFR) promoting the upcoming event — providing a great opportunity to give readers a glimpse behind the scenes at one of Sydney’s most popular art fairs.

Carriageworks is an inspiring venue to photograph, with its industrial textures and dramatic light, which help to create a striking backdrop for contemporary art. It was great to be able to document the period of set-up and quiet anticipation before the doors opened to the public, and the fair came to life.
